Cullen has been in full-time ministry for over 26 years. He is a passionate leader, communicator, and team builder. He loves seeing people’s lives changed and reaching those who don’t know Christ. Cullen is an endurance cyclist, Pittsburgh Steeler fan, and Texas Longhorn fan (Hook ‘em Horns!). Cullen & Shelley have been married since 1995 and have three incredible sons. They love working in ministry together and spending time with family!

Jeff is a native of the Des Moines area. He graduated from Grand View University. Jeff cares deeply about working to make the world a better place. He loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys riding motorcycles, restoring classic cars, kickboxing, rock climbing, and other adventure sports. Basically, he’s an adrenaline junkie.

Ryan is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a diehard Pittsburgh Steeler fan. He has a passion for youth and partnering with parents to reach the next generation. In his free time, Ryan is an avid disc-golfer and loves to participate in almost any outdoor activity. He also admits to having a slight addiction to shoes and watches.

Amanda grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a graduate from Oral Roberts University and is passionate about people encountering the presence of God through music and prayer. She loves seeing people from every age and every nation coming together to worship Jesus. Amanda enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants with her friends and family.

Shelley is originally from Oklahoma and is a diehard Oklahoma Sooner fan. She graduated from Central Bible College and has worked along side her husband, Cullen, in ministry for over 23 years. Shelley loves spending time with Cullen and their 3 sons, walking the trails in the Des Moines area, cheering on her other favorite sports team, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and an occasional shopping trip.

Lydia was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she first felt God's call to full-time ministry. Since then, the Lord has impressed a passion in her for the Next Generation: to see children and families forever changed by Jesus! She is a graduate from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Lydia loves coffee, music, exercising outdoors, and exploring new restaurants with her husband Ryan!

J is a transplant to Iowa and has been in full-time ministry for almost 20 years. He has a passion to create an opportunity where people can experience a true encounter with God and discover God’s specific and unique purpose for their lives. He truly enjoys helping a vision come to life!  He enjoys creating new memories with his family and doing things outdoors. His hobbies include most things tech, music, guitars, playing with his kids, and trying new coffee shops and hole-in-the-wall restaurants with his wife.

Josh has served in ministry for over 25 years. He loves to see lives changed and what God could do through them. Josh has been married to his wife Melissa since 1994 and they have two amazing sons.  He enjoys playing golf, music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Kyle was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a huge fan of every Pittsburgh sports team. He has a passion for reaching the lost and representing who Jesus is to people everywhere he goes through evangelism. He graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University while pursuing an internship through Oaks College in Red Oak, Texas. Kyle loves to play any sport out there, to drum, and is constantly on the search for amazing cologne.
